If you fall one month behind on your payments, we reserve the right to return your money and fill the vacancy from out waiting list.
Partial deposits are not accepted.
You MUST be a paid member to sign up for this trip.
If you sign up without being a current member you deposit will be returned.
Cancellations
On or before September 1st 2025 - You will lose $100
Between September 2nd and October 15th - You will lose $500
Between October 16th and December 13th - You will lose $900
After December 13th - You will not be entitled to any refund
