End of Year BBQ

Each year we celebrate the end of another great SLO Skier year.

The party is graciously hosted by one of our members, or we find a new site we want to try:  maybe a park, the beach, or the SLO Elks Club so whoever wants to can swim, sit in the spa or play games on the lawn.

No matter where we choose, it’s a “Bring an appetizer or dessert to share” and the Club provides the entrée. Usually we have BBQ chicken, ribs or steak.

There is an open bar, supplied by a BYOB, music and mingling.

The best part of the party is when we honor our members who have gone over the top in their time and effort to the club.  The grand prize of all is Skier of the Year Award!
